Bill Dahlberg, Chairman

Bill Dahlberg is the Principal of Goldridge Tasman / Nelson and is a founding member and shareholder of Goldridge. Chaired the Goldridge Investment Committee for five years from 2001 – 2006.  Bill has been a Board Director since January 2004 and Chairman since in September 2011.

Bill is a Certified Financial Planning Professional, Authorised Financial Adviser AFA,  a member of the IFA and the Institute of Directors (NZ), a Trustee and Director of the Canterbury Community Trust.

Joe Byrne, Investment Director

Investment Director, Joe Byrne was appointed to the Board in March 2008 and chairs the Investment Panel for Goldridge.

Joe has over 20 years international experience in financial services and fund management working in New York, London and Australasia. This includes accounting and financial reporting, risk management, securities trading, portfolio construction and investment strategy. He has a BA in Accounting and Information Systems.  Joe arrived in NZ in 2004 and is now an Authorised Financial Adviser AFA and a member of the IFA.

Daniel Mintz, Director

External Director, Daniel Mintz was appointed Director in 2004 and then was Chairman from June 2007 to September 2011.

Daniel is the principal of DJ Mintz and Associates, a Wellington-based specialist consultancy company, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structure and value. Daniel has held senior roles with Anglo American PLC, an international mining and natural resources company, and senior management positions with the Canadian group Dylex Ltd.

Daniel has a B Com from Victoria University.

Peter Hawes, Director

Peter Hawes has been working in the financial services industry since 1988. Peter was one of the foundation members of the Goldridge Board of Directors in December 2000 and a founding principal and shareholder of Goldridge.

Peter is a Certified Financial Planner, Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA),  a member of the IFA and the Institute of Directors (NZ).

Mike Frogley, Director

Mike Frogley is a founding Principal and shareholder of Goldridge and has been working in the financial services industry since 1987. Mike is also the prinicpal of Mike Frogley Financial Services Limited, Hamilton, is an Authorised Financial Adviser (AFA), and a member of the IFA.

Mike was appointed a Director in April 2008.
